| preparation method | an environmentally friendly preparation method of solvent orange 107 dye, which comprises the following steps:(1) vacuum pumping 350kg of 3, 3-dimethyl -2-methylene indoline into a reaction kettle (manually accurately measured), starting stirring, adding 300kg of dimethyl sulfate through a trickle in a metering tank, react at 25°C and normal pressure for 6 hours (the reaction is over, the existing technology can be used to detect the end of the reaction); then add 650kg of 30% liquid alkali (30wt% sodium hydroxide solution) through the metering tank, add 1000kg of fresh water, add and stir for half an hour, stand and layer, the water layer is separated and discharged into the sewage treatment station, the oil layer is heated to 120 ℃ for dehydration, the dehydration is completed, and the oil layer is cooled and then loaded into a barrel, the obtained intermediate (2) is vacuum pumped into the reaction kettle with 350kg of manually measured intermediate (the excess part enters the next batch), 400kg of xylene, 350kg of 1,3, 5-pyrazolone and 220kg of trimethyl orthoformate, heated to 80 ℃, reacted at normal pressure for 12 hours, then cooled to 40 ℃, transported to a closed filter tank through a closed pipeline, vacuum pumped, dried mother liquor, and added 600kg of methanol for bubble washing, the filter cake is first washed with 1000kg of fresh water, the mother liquor and the soaking solution are collected and rectified to recover methanol, then the mixed solution of xylene and water is distilled, left to stand for stratification, xylene is reused, and the water layer enters the sewage treatment station. The filter cake is fed into hot water in batches, washed and filtered separately until it is neutral (generally, it needs to be washed more than ten times, and the total water consumption is about 10000kg). The reaction and filtration equipment are sealed, and the balance pipe leads to the exhaust gas capture system. Washing wastewater enters the sewage treatment station. The material obtained by suction filtration is manually transferred to a dryer, and the hot air generated by steam heating is dried to obtain the finished product (the reaction conversion rate is 96.4%, and the yield is 97.9%). |
